All weekend I looked forward to this morning. Monday morning, the morning I expected to receive my new Apple Macbook Air notebook. Guess what? I received the notebook, removed it from its extremely fancy packaging and found myself starring at the notorious Gray loading screen. The circle loading animation keeps spinning and spinning.. while nothing is happening. Now I’m reinstalling leopard on a brand-new freaking air!
THANKS APPLE!

2It’s their new strategy. Do not let dumb people use our smart PCs. That’s awful. I think I would go crazy for few hours, such things should happen to my MBP.
So, did you fix it?

4Hey Justin,
I want to commend you for posting your experience despite the fact that it’s a mac. I’ve been interested in buying a mac for some time now but what deterred me form purchasing one are the messages posted in the Apple Discussion Board.
There has been quite a few problems reported (mostly hardware) that has been plaguing apple for some time now. (don’t believe me… visit the Apple Discussion Board). It’s a shame that so many people are having so many problems with their brand new Macs. I can only pray you get your problem resolved.
That being said, I hope Apple gets their act together because I am interested in purchasing a MacBook Pro but will not do so until they clean up their act.
On a side note what’s up with Apple not incorporating Blu-ray disc readers/burners with the new models being sold?
