You should definitely just come out with a template that credits you (or the designer). That way you drive more traffic to your site, and avoid people ripping it. Plus most people would probably change things around anyway (color, logos, etc.)

By far the best designed blog I’ve seen to date (and would jump at the opportunity for a template).

In ripped off you mean, stolen your template? I’m recently new to WordPress and the thought of someone ripping my site sucks.

If you donate something to the community, that’s one thing. Someone coming in and taking is another.

It is a pretty site.

Your site is fantastic, Justin. The colors are beautiful, and I like how you’ve layed everything out. It’s so clean and simple. I can understand why folks would want to copy your design, but they need to give credit where it’s due. It’s one thing for a man (or woman) to be inspired, filter it through his own creative genius and come out with something else; it’s entirely another to copy something and pass it off as his own. Bully for you calling them on it!

Damn, I thought my design was pretty, but yours not only looks great, it’s functional and very navigation-friendly too. Great job!

Well my design got ripped very recently. I felt both pissed AND flattered at the same time. So I can understand what you’re saying here!
